Yep Hirdy trained very well. No problems that i could see. If he pulls up ok he will be good to go.

Winderlich left the track early. He spoke to the doc and sat down for a bit before heading off. i didnt see what he did to himself but he didnt look overly happy.

Jetta didnt train. I think his goin may have flared up again.

Jason Johnson didnt train.

Hille put in a good session with the Bendiog squad. Looked pretty focused.

Neagle and Dempsey also put in strong runs with the seconds squad.

The seniors didnt do a lot but it was reasonably sharp and better than last some of the previous friday sessions.

Dyson left the track early during seconds training after taking a bit of a tumble.

Thanks Ant great news about Hird. Just a small question. Does Stanton look like his back to 100% fit yet.

Stants does seem close to 100%. I suspect he is still carrying some sort of niggle but he is moving much better than he was a few weeks ago.

How did Fletcher train?

He sat off the last quarter last week and can't do that again

How did Houli train? Did he still train with his normal enthusiasm or did he look a bit dejected after missing out on selection given his recent form in the 2's?

Everyone who didnt get a mention trained as per normal. If i see something slightly different than normal (good or bad) then i report it. Otherwise everything is normal. Lots of people ask how certain blokes train but it isnt really like watching a game and getting stats etc. With 35 blokes running around doing the same thing you cant really give an individual report on each ;) You can only mention something that is out of the ordinary.
So for those who asked, Fetch and Lucas looked fine and Houli looked to be running around like he normaly does.

Who will Watson replace if Hird is playing?

That was a pretty dodgy omission.

Hope Winderlich is Ok.

He didn't look good to me.

30/70 in my opinion at best.
