No, shit team.

Has done nothing wrong but i dont think the selectors would pick him because of the team he plays for. Bartlett might get him over the line though. Good little player but would struggle in a top line midfield such as westcoast and the cats.

Yes. Even more impressive is that he's accomplished a great season on a poor performing team.

that might be true if it was based on total possessions, but if you base it on contested possessions and also centre clearances then I would disagree.

Should go close to getting a spot on the bench IMO but hey im biased.

Probably not. But last year there were some terrible selections. This award has very little cred nowdays. :)

I would have said yes until last weekends games.

Really had to impress against west coast but struggled to have any impact.

Got smacked in the head early, hence why he played so little of the game.

Cant remember much of the game at all his brother said.

Foley's under-the-radar-effect officially ended V Weagles. He looked pretty average when he had an opponent. Lack of talent always limits the duration of these sort of players effectiveness. :)

Yeah i heard that. But the AA selection commitee wont notice. He had to dominate the clearances in that match against some of the best midfielders in the comp. Even tho Judd and Cousins didnt play.

Thats a stupid comment. The kid gets scragged at stoppages almost more then any other player in the comp because there is no one else at richmond.

If anything, being in a West Coast or Geelong midfield would increase his playing ability.

Foley has been the number 1 focused player by opposition taggers in the Tigers lineup for months now.

A major reason why Deledio has managed to start having some impact is because Foley has had 6 blokes on him.

In a Geelong or West Coast Eagles midfield, would have far less attention, and would be much more dominant.
