We get 16 Essendon posters from bigfooty, who aim to select the best 22 players they can using draft picks.
Once all players have been selected, posters will be invited to vote for which team they think is the best

It will work better if you keep the numbers to 10. You'll be able to select better teams as well ;). If you have 10 people in it do I assume the draft would be like this
team 1 - picks = 1, 20, 21, 40 etc, etc, etc,
team 2 - picks = 2, 19, 22, 39
team 3 - picks = 3, 18, 23. 38
team 4 - picks = 4, 17, 24, 37
team 5 - picks = 5, 16, 25, 36
team 6 - picks = 6, 15, 26, 35
team 7 - picks = 7, 14, 27, 34

maybe not forfeit the pick... surely we can develop a system where the team who picks after you gets to make your selection for you! So if you don't make your selection within 24 hours you could end up with any player selected by the team following you in the draft so.... if you're before me and you miss you selection you're getting joel reynolds!

Good luck with the game fella's, we tried one at the start of the season and it died a slow death, spewing cause I had a great spine in my side and 2 great mids, only had pockets, flankers to go.

One of the things that helped keeping the game move the first time was that if you knew you weren't going to be online you could text the game moderator with your next pick, it meant that you didnt have to log on every 12 hours to make sure you didnt miss out. Good luck with the game - Is it on 2007 players or 2008 players?? Will keep watching and will cast a vote when you have finished.

I come on every day at first chance. Thats less than 24 hours each day. If someone picks at midnight and Im asleep and I dont check it til 1pm the next day, I lose a pick.
