Your boys are about to embark on what is at the moment the most daunting task in afl.
To win at subiaco oval.
Brisban,Essendon and Tigers have tried and failed.
Will the Dees be up for the challenge??

While I do think the Dees will struggle with injuries to Jeff White as well as a few others from defence, and the ground being a factor, I am in no fear. Powell will be back, you should fear him!
If we are on song we should win (i'm hoping we can turn our current form lapse around!)
In the end I think the Dockers will win by say 10 points, but I will not tip against the Dees! :D

Being passionate and proud is one thing...being blantantly arrogant and showing not much respect to the opposition is another. Sabre, do you realise Melbourne are 5-2? I think this is a 50/50 game and Melbourne should start favourites, and it will great for me and you if the Dockers get up.
Why do you always talk up our teams chances anyway? History says that when we look like winning games and moving up the ladder, we lose them. You make us other Dockers supporters look like geese when we lose. I'm not saying I think the Dockers will lose but you always make the Dockers sound like they are the team of the century and your expectations of them are way too high. Why don't you just sit back, enjoy the game and hope we win. I would prefer Melbourne starting favourites and then us winning, we play better when we're not given much of a chance, or favouritism by the media (like against Richmond and Essendon, and to some extent Hawks and Adelaide). When we were talked up (against WC and Geelong), we basically got a bit of a touch up. And when we were strong favourites (against the Saints), we nearly choked and would have lost if not for some luck in the 2nd half.

I am looking forward to this game. Too bad it's at Subiaco or else everyone within ear shot would have witnessed the best barrage of in****s directed at a player, that player being Jeff Farmer. Nothing racist or anything, but he would have copped from me. My TV screen will have to do.
Sabre, arrogance becomes u my friend........when was the last time anyone won at the Gabba?? Idiot.....

i go away for nearly 2 weeks and on my return i see WHOOPY! lovely Sabre has graced us with his presence. :p Ahhh remiscinent of the old days ey sabre. all the fighting.....ahhhhh well i was gonna go to perth this weekend but due to unforseen circumstances (ie being broke) ill be watching it on fox footy. LIVE! but i did see freo play live last week and yeah, were better than i thought.

so u got foxtel have ya adam? or is the game bveing shown in geeleong? the game isn't being shown in melbourne at all!

lol.. oh well, doesn't bother me... personally, i think the dockers will win... and my jinx is no longer working, although it was fighting last week when i tipped you guys and st kilda ALMOST won... but it's becoming weak, and Freo will win

Rachy, I got Foxtel alright, so I'll be watching it live and I'll be throwing Burger Rings at the screen along with expletives everytime Farmer goes near the ball!!

Lucky bastard! i'll be listening to it, and also watching the stats part of the AFL live scoreboard thing to see how the pleyers are goin etc. I want the damn footy channel!

Actually it doesn't matter now, as I've just been informed this second by a mate that I'm going to be out for the match! (There's some concert/group of bands thing on) We better win, I dont wanna come home to a loss! :D

Just wondering how Subiaco is like a cauldron. Are there giant witches standing around it cackling, throwing in giant rat tails and eyes of giant newts? No wonder opposition teams get a little spooked.
