is it just me,or do others agree that the Dees dont have a Killer instinct until the last 10 to 25 minutes of the game. Why cant we put teams away .St Kilda is a great case in point ,They have numerous injuries, no confidence and a coach with no coaching credentials. We should have MURDERED them, even with only 3 on the bench.Thank God Trav ,Leonchelli & Matty Whelan had a dip.
which brings me to my Poll

I agree. They showed no fight for most of that last quarter. They thought it would just happen. A case of them thinking they are better than what they actually are.

I was mighty ****ed with our last quarter. I am sick and tired of our midfield going missing. I don't think I ever see us manning up on players on a regular basis either. Harvey was being tagged, yet was able to get loose in that last quarter on numerous occasions....why? Because we go the ball and often don't listen to instructions. It ****s me!

I reckon we play what I call "reaction football". In other words, we don't make things happen, we wait for the other team to do something and then we react. If the other team isn't doing anything, then neither do we.

Now, while that's an OK tactic against a team that isn't playing well, when we come up against a team that can keep up the intensity throughout the game, we'll walk away with egg on our faces because we haven't had enough time to fully react and grab the lead.

Just my thoughts. Probably totally wrong (I'm basing them on one game - v the Doggies).
