Actually it is a lot of fun and believe me the "running" part doesn't last long(for some) the rest is a brisk walk into a liesurely stroll in to a stop and prop evry twenty or so metres. It's a great morning and the worse you can do is be surrounded by thousands of very tasty lycra covered bods.

Sounds like a challenge, but my fitness is questionable so I'll see what happens

Good work Docker Man. Next time take an hour, that way you do your 30 minutes of daily exercise and you do my share aswell.

Thats a pretty soft effort, I think my sister beat your time.

Two years ago I ran 46 min. I couldnt race this year unfourtunately.

Because of the concussion and broken nose?

53:54 for me. Bit slower than last year but I improved about 100 places.

Alas, the days of recording sub 48 seem to be behind me.:(
