No actual draft but after the month we can vote on the best team (you can't vote for yourself) and the picks should have a say in the voting, don't have to delist for another pick tho.

Allocate the picks like a normal season (i.e. up to about 80), but don't actually pick any of them. What you end up with is what the clubs end up with at the end of trade week.
