What are your draft priorities?
Ruckman, midfielder, Kp forward/defender, small forward, utility etc

Note, must be able to run the 100 in under 11.2 seconds. If you can't find the ball or even kick it doesn't matter!

1ST ROUND: Best available Ruckman or Key Forward. Preferably a Ruckman with the abilty to take contested marks and play in the forward 50.
2ND ROUND: As per Round 1
3RD ROUND: Best available inside midfielder who can play defensively if required.
SUBSEQUENT ROUNDS: Best available, however don't rule out mature aged recruits from state leagues.

Have to have good ability to talk it up and say that poor past performances are unacceptable and won't happen again.
They don't need to deliver on this however.
