Seems to me that 90% or more posts on this board are on weekdays which may well mean that people are using their PC at work / uni instead of working. Admit it here if you are a bludger :)

Although I do have access to post at work I haven't yet.....

I post from work, but only after I have finished my work & we are having a slack period, my boss knows & doesn't have a problem with it, because he knows I do my job well & when I take a 2 weeks holiday, I come back to 2 weeks work that has built up because he doesn't employ someone to do my work while I am away.

So no I am not a bludger, my boss gets a great return for what he pays me.

Not guilty your honour.

I post at home, and very occasionally from school. If at school, it's always in a spare period.

Up until a couple of months ago the only option I had was to post from work, but since then I have bought a computer for home.
Am I a bludger? Well, I am a public servant and most people reckon it's the same thing.:) :p

Where I work either something very big is happening, or absolutely nothing at all. When there is a job, we are all very busy. Most of the time nothing much is going on and we aren't expected to do anything.

We have a full kitchen, a very big screen projection TV, a DVD player, VCR and full cable package. There are four computers for no other reason but for us to surf and e-mail without tying up the 10 other "official" computers.

So like Bee, yes I'm a "bludger" but a proper one. :D

I post at work so that I have something vaguely interesting to think about while doing truly dull work.

Do people use their own time for these boards???????/

WOW

That's an amazing concept.

If I ever do that - please kill me.

I would do anything to be paid to sit on a computer all day.Sadly I dont think my boss will give me a computer as I am a fitter. How do you people manage to keep your job I would get caught foresure.

Posting on bigfooty is one of the more constructive forms of Internet bludging around. Having said that I do what you said. Just waiting for the government to get 'tough' on us.

PS this particular post is on my day off.

Using my lady's comp at the moment, does that count me as a bludger?

All hail, King of Bludgers! I'm a council worker (I know, I know) and I'm usually in the call centre, so between calls I get on here and yak.

Bludger!

I have exceeded my budget for the year at work, thus I can justify a few minutes per hour on BigFooty.

Better than a ciggie break, because I don't smell bad after I post on BF, unless I am conversing with a Carlton supporter! ;)

Work hard, play hard.

I have no choice but to post on Bigfooty on my own time, considering I look after kids there are no opportunities to post. Or even be near a computer.

I post at work and at home - probably more at work.

However, that doesn't make me a bludger - it makes me a flexible worker who puts in extra when the client needs it and does something constructive (posting on BF) when the heat is off.
