What is that F@#&ING noise???

It's 4:05am and there is this constant low droning/Pulsating sound that has not only woken me up but it seems half my street as well ...AARRRGGHHH!!!! SHUT UP!!! It's really loud a soooooo annoying!!!

If anyone is nearby (U.W.A/Boadway shops) and have ANY idea what it is tell me and i'll come a blitzkrieg on whoever is responible.....I mean seriously, If it's someone playing Doof-Doof at this hour they better watch out ...If I find out who it is i'm taking them down.

Can't to sleep again either that's the worst part....actually I lie the worst part was I was having a REEEEAAAALLLY good dream (you know the ones:p) GRRRR.....what to do, what to do......bugger it....I'm going investigating

Yeah I did find out what it was, Some Bastards are doing some kind of sump/sewerage pumping near the Motorolla building....at least 1km away from my house, I havve to say though, given the choice of the sound or the smell that was comming from the site i'll choose the sound EVERYTIME...what I don't get though is isn't there a law that says works can't start before 7:00am??? or does that only apply to construction and not council?

Anyway I haven't been abducted by aliens as someone may think, it turns out it was just the council workers and their stink
