In a developing story, Seven News and Current Affairs boss Peter Meakin was found guilty of dangerous driving and drink driving.

Meakin was sentenced to at least 14 months’ periodic detention and was banned from driving for eight years.

Meakin immediately lodged an appeal.

This is the third time the news chief has been caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

What a good question PhilHawk..I wonder whether we should ask him to produce them and show them to the public? On Mediawatch last night, it looks like he is obviously not attending AA meetings...He looked like a shaggy dog, and that's being complimentary, and an insult to the dog..
