I found it striking that in the 'We are Port, the Crows are our enemy stuff' the interviewers never even had a little dig at Chad and Kane's parentage, nor their being passionate little Crows supporters as boys. Many of us would have seen the old footage of the boys running around Footy Park in their Crows guernseys.
Obviously no biggie as few players are lucky enough to end up at the clubs they supported as boys. But all a little deceptive for non South Australians I thought.
BTW please don't think I'm challenging Chad or Kane's loyalty to the PAFC now. Their passion is obvious, and it's many years past that they could have refused to re-sign.

The most important thing that Chad said was that the atmosphere in the room before the WC game was wierd (Ladey said it first and Chad agreed) - in that there was not a lot of people around, little noise and energy.

He also said that only 2 or 3 of the first finals players were really nervous before the game and one of them wasn't the Hoff - who apparently is very relaxed before any game - I guess it shows in how he plays and kicks for goal - nerves of steel - perhaps a new nickname - the man of steel SUPERMAN
