Wondering fellas and lasses. Much anticipation before the start of the season in securing a "My Man" but as we have been trundling along so well haven't seen too much discourse.

Anyone interested in sharing their thoughts on their 'man' so far this year?

Also, could this be expanded at all mods, if perception mirrors reality and we have a few new members, so that more can be involved?

My man Chance Bateman has had a great year. His disposal has been better then in previous season and his run is valuable. Would be top 10 B&F and had a great performance carrying a hamstring injury coming into the finals. Is a real leader of club and lets hope this isnt the peak of Changa's ability, lets hope he can go up an extra notch and push for AA selection in 08!

The mods have already indicated in another thread that we will revisit the my man concept after the September finals.

My man Robert Campbell has had a superb year of AFL. He has got better with each game. His skills have increased that both he and his ruck partner are now used extensively around the ground to create more options for us and more headaches to opposition teams.

A great example of his skill and mobility was his pin point pass on the run to Buddy Franklin in the last quarter leading to Buddy kicking another goal.

I haven't regularly posted on Bigfooty in recent times, but i distinctly remember in the off season either this year or the previous. I claimed Rick Ladson as 'my man'. Two or three years ago he was a much more of a maligned player than he is now as hes getting recognition for his contribution each week. Has improved from averaging 18 disposals in 06' to 20 a game this year. Has very good skills and love it when he runs and sets up play. Keep on firing Laddo.
