G'day guys and girls just a couple of questions to you all.

1. Would everyone be happy for Sumich to get the Essendon job if he gets the nod?

2. As for my first question here is my lead up to this question , Has Sumich had his time as our midfield coach?

I am thinking that he has had his time as our midfield coach and I would like for the Eagles to go out and get Don Pyke back to our great club as our midfield coach. Have a look at his time with Adelaide they were excellent with there mix of youth and senior players and considering the Crows finished in the top two in his time there.

Am I wrong to ask these questions or am I just on another planet?

why? He has made our midfield an incredible unit.

Wipe the starting midfield out of any team and see how well they operate - the fact we have still been solid is a credit to him and the structures he has implemented

i'd be pretty happy with whoever is in charge of your midfield group.

Not suggesting Sumich ahs or hasn't done a good job, but lats time I took notice last night the centre clearance stats were something like 16 - 3 against us, with Dean Cox dominating the hitouts. Yes, if you lose your entire starting midfield you are going to suffer, but Priddis has 37 possessions and some of our other mids are quality, yet we got smashed. Is that maybe that our structures weren't so good?

I doubt we will ever see Sumich as a head coach, I just don't think his form has translated to the east well, and there are plenty I'd choose before him.
