Hot off the press, from a reliable sauce.

Judd has been angry for a while now. Woosh has begged and forced him to play every week. Judd didn't want to.

that's what I heard yesterday, injury management was his biggest issue.

So, Woosha lied about Judd determining if he plays? I don't believe it. Also, that would mean Judd was lying too. Yeah, right.

6pr mentioned that as well. also with the operation as well wce wanted it here, judd wants it in the UK. on top of that a rumour saying judd played voluntarily to jeopardise the side.

That is a crock.

Twiggers has been lining up Melbourne Uni for a long time.

What do you expect Judd to say: I don't want to play, I'm injured, I can't chase, can't tackle, can't kick over 30m, can't jump... but hey, Woosha forced me to play and it's all good.

So how come Sumich was saying that the decision to play rested with Judd each week?

After the Port match (which Judd playing cost us a win IMO) Sumich said, "What could they say when the clubs captain, and premier player in the league comes into your office, looks you in the eye and says he wants to play?"

We wouldn't play a player who is clearly injured and DIDN'T WANT TO PLAY!

Rubbish.

If West Coast had a history of stupidity then that would be possible, but any club that did that sort of thing would never get out of the bottom four.

This is total BS.

I cannot see any coach begging or forcing a player to play. That is totally ridiculous.

I've got no idea anymore.

Just read on the main board that the press conference won't be until tomorrow not this afternoon.

I'm not one to bag the club usually, but

Fair dinkum we are treated like mushrooms at times - we get told shit. As a group of supporters we are routinely rubbished for having our heads in the sand. I want to believe the club is doing the right thing but when has the club ever really come clean.

Judd has told the club he wants out but there will nothing official from the club until tomorrow. That's just ****ed and quite frankly not good enough.
We deserve better after standing by the club after all the drug shit, Judd's injury management etc etc.

I didn't believe the rumours that Cuz is considering retirement but I now doubt that as well.

****ed. Just ****ed.

With you 100% keyser......

As an Eagle ssupporter I have put up with alot this year that in all honesty, at times I've got halfway into a 'discussion' on BF and found myself defending things that I myself am shaking my head at. I think back to the threads (mostly on EFH - not here) about how fans were treated at the day after the GF celebrations at Subi.

The Eagles ON THE FIELD have bought much pleasure to my life over the last 20 years, and particularly the last 3 or 4. I live with the fact I can't actually get into one of their home games (not really the clubs fault Subi is a hole and I moved to Melbourne then came back minus membership), but as a club, the way they treat their members can be symptomatic of W.A in general at times. It's a sellers market, like it, or piss off.

Why bullshit to us until now - could have said something yesterday but instead still played the charade that he was staying.

Woosha knew Juddy was gunna go home. So he fought fire with fire...

Chris Judd is no longer our problem, enjoy the dodgy groin Carlton/Collingwood :thumbsu:

This is what has pissed me off all year.

"Judd isn't happy with the off field dramas"

"JUdd isn't happy with the injury management"

"Judd isn't happy with the paint on the walls"

GEEZ - THIS WHOLE SAGA BETTER PROVE THAT 1 PLAYER DOESN'T MAKE A CLUB.

But SOMEONE allowed him to play while injured ...are they so weak that they would let an obviously injured player play when he asks to....I dont think so!....so yes, I believe Chris could be angry with the club....he should never have been put in the position where he felt he had to play (if he begged them, as has been stated)...such a gun player should have been wrapped in cotton wool from the get go!! .. you know .. looked after properly!..either way, it has been a pitiful sight watching him struggle and just getting worse and worse....someone has to be accountable for that...surely!

I've also got good mail that Judd is/was very unhappy with the injury management at West Coast.

Maybe Chris made up his mind early on when Ben got sprung.

I think the mystery injury was a way of keeping himself fit and healthy for next year(at melbourne).
Worsfold always said "we listen to chris, and if he feels he can play, we play him."
Maybe he realizes that there is more to life than football, and the body can only handle so much punishment.

West coast always go on about how smart he is, maybe he and his manager outsmarted WC this time..:(

Dont know if you guys care what a Crow fan thinks, but I`ve always felt your side is much like Adelaide off field, in that its supremely professional in the way it goes about things, whether its at the top of the ladder or out of the eight.

I dont believe your club would allow an asset like Judd to be potentially wrecked by playing him when the player himself feels he cant play.

Is there any frictions between Judd and the other players? I know you`ve had a pretty eventful off-field year, and Judds image seems polar opposite to that so maybe hes gotten jack of it. Though if thats the case, hes going to find it interesting if he goes to one of the basketcase clubs hes likely to find himself traded to.

Sounds like rubbish to me

Remember, Phil Matera was desperate to play in the 05 GF, but we wouldn't let him.

After the match he even came out with a whinge about how he was right to play

You have bought up a very good point.

One set of rules for one lot and another set for Juddas.

Was this their way of trying to make him stay?

Anyway, I just got back from Deli, the bast*rd short-changed me. i just got Judded.
