Hewitt is rushing McLeod with his 'come on' pose.
Ricciuto is supporting McLeod by sneaking up behind Hewitt, ala 'karate kid', mocking Hewitt. It is mainly a play on the rift between McLeod and Hewitt. Riccuito is just backing up his team mate.
