Well - its this time of year i dust off my collection and watch games of the past - I cant find one of the bombers Grand Finals,either i have lost in transit of moving or lent it to some bugger that hasnt given it back.
Its the 84 Sterling Cup vs Swans - i know its a drab game - but a flag is a flag.
Has anyone got it to dub for me?
Im willing to trade for a games that i do have as a favour.

I`ve got it, Christ knows where though. Mark Thompson is very amusing in the after match interview. They actually presented the cup under ground in the rooms, very soft, they were afraid of the reaction the crowd would give the officials, very bloody soft. Thompson is asked " What about that goal Mark" and he reply`s " What was wrong with it" very amusing verbal & facial reaction given by Thompson as if to say " You are a ****wit"

All you have to do is go to the Bomber Shop and buy it on DVD.
I have the 1981 Escort Cup final on DVD.

I didnt think they had the 84 night Grand Final.
I have the 1981 - but i didnt think to check there.
I checked with name a game and they dont have it,so i presumed the club wouldnt either.

You're right. I checked around and couldn't find it either. But I have the 1981 Escort Cup and it didn't appear to be on the Name A Ga,e (http://www.veg.com.au/) or EFC Bombershop (http://www.essendonfc.com.au/bombershop/) sites.
You'll have to go in person and see if they have it or if it's in their catalogue.
I went there earlier this year and was surprised to find the 1965 GF on DVD, so I bought it.

Nah ,been there - and they say they have never ever sold copies of the 84 & 81 Night GF'S and actually told me if i get my hands on it to let them know!!!!!:confused:
you didnt buy the 81 GF from the bomber shop must have been name a game,i found both games on a old name a game catalogoe and it was there - this list was from 1999 they must have removed those 2 games.

have just sent you a PM but I have the full game on dvd. Interestingly I have an old Bomber magazine from 1988 and they advertise in it 5 videos as a package for $200 I think, which included 65, 84, 85 Flags + 81 & 84 Night Flags
That said, does anyone actually have the cup itself. It was lost, or stolen. Probably the latter.
