Yeah that english teacher has it good. Drugs (if it tickles your fancy), hot school kids (16 year olds). Hank Moody is a legend, I mean all of them wanted to bang him!
yes Id like Hank and the mrs to get back together...however it would take away the edge to the series - bill and the simmering/humerous fued.

And yes, when Bill finds out that Hank totally desensitized his daughter, he may have a problem or two.
I don't want Hank and his wife to get together. **** that! Save it for the 10th season. Hank's dick wouldn't let that happen anyway.

I thought Episode 7 was one of the worst yet. It wasn't terrible but certainly nothing special and certainly a long way from the tremendously excellent first episode.
There's been 2 or 3 that have been a little slow w/ not enough Hank/funny stuff.
The business with his agent, wife and secretary is ok but I've found it a little boring.
Infact, in recent episodes the best character has been the perverted school teacher. ****ing legend. :thumbsu:
Anyway, Episode 8 sounds promising. (as anything about Hank does)
Hank's father Al dies, so Hank tries to ease his pain with a hooker named Trixie.
SHE BETTER BE HOT.
And Episode 9 sounds alright as well,
Hank takes Becca to a store to buy her a new guitar. Karen confesses something to Bill. Charlie convinces Hank that he needs a new car. During a test drive, Hank is not only pleased by the car, but also by the car saleswoman.
!!
Certainly better than the agent, wife and secretary getting nude with another.

Epsiode 7 was boring. The show started well but im not sure how long it can last. They are trying to do the right thing by starting some developing plots but they are really boring. Just show me some titties!

It's the same old, same old.
His daughter whinges about parents not being together.... ok, we get it? either get together or move on. Give her another storyline/something else to do.
If it's going to be a long-lasting TV series you can't tease about them getting back together in EVERY episode. People will quickly become bored of it.
Madeline Zima's character (I forget her name in the show) is becoming quickly stale as well.
A couple of points really -
ease up on the Hank/Wife and Daughter stuff - save it for every now and then and hopefully later on what will be a very successful series
and the second one. keep writing Hank into funny situations not involving his wife and daughter.
I get the feeling the show will pick-up/change direction (which it needs at present) when the Duchovny/16 y.o girl stuff is found out by the ex-wife. (amongst others)
As I say, at the moment I get the feeling it's a bit of the same thing every episode.
btw - I was just looking up a few things on Entourage (IMDB) and found out the chick who stole Hank's guitar the other night is the same girl playing Billy Walsh's GF on Entourage.
an uninteresting thing but interesting enough to put here.
episode 7 wasn't terrible by any means (as I say) but for the show to succeed it needs to satisfy the standard it set to begin with. at the moment it's stagnating.

it wasn't that bad.
but like any show there are episodes which are sub-standard in comparison.
I was reading a few reviews on imdb about this episode and some people loved it and said it was the best yet. so it's all about personal taste.
but considering mine is > than the rest, I'm probably right. ;)

Ep 7 was average. Mainly focused on Moody's agent + wife + secretary.
Good serious moment at the end with his daughter though.

The producers of this show are smart, first ep they give us basically an r rated porno and get us hooked and now there is hardly any naughty bits but I keep watching cause I'm caught up in the soap story.:o
His wife is the best, hope she gets her gear off at some point.

Hank goes down the hooker route in Episode 8 so here's hoping he totally floors out his credit card and spares no expenses.
Could be some nice boobs on display.... we wait expectedly.

i must admit to seeing only 5 minutes of the first episode but it was awful. the writing especially. duchovny dream sequence of a nun offering him a blowjob in a church. how subtle.

Yeah now that I'm not distracted with lots of tits and ass it is a pretty average show, basically an adult soap. But it can suckm you in just like home and away can which isn't much of an endorsement. Its a shame cause its got good actors but its a pretty lame show wihtout the nudity and sex. It was written by the same guy who did a lot of teen soaps like dawson's creek. So it was never going to be a masterpiece. I'm just waiting for his ex to get her gear off and then I'll stop watching.

I fast forwarded alot of ep - 9
the parts with the daughter and the already seen stuff with the wife.
there were some funny parts though. the end was good as was the test 'ride'. :D
I cant believe people take enjoyment from this crap.
