I normally don't do this but this is a special occasion. My band the Naked Eye will be launching our album From Obscurity to Nowhere at the Tote Hotel Johnson St Collingwood on Saturday 8th June. It will be part of the Corduroy Records 13th Birthday Bash. I'll also be on radio 3PBS on Wednesday at around 6.00pm and 3RRR at around 9.00pm on Thursday plugging the launch.

If you dig your rock n roll loud and proud (think the Saints, the Sunnyboys, the MC5 and the Who) then come on down. If you do come down look for the four-eyed geek playing bass: that's me.

We're on around 10-11pm I think. It is a party type gig: there will be DJs playing punk and garage records till around 3.00am so it should be a great night.

Yeah, I should be heading down at this stage. Not making any promises, but a night of old fashioned rock'n'roll sounds good to me!
