I hate Thursdays.

I don't start till 11.45, and it gets to 10.30 and I've taken the kids to school, mooched around on BF for awhile, done the breakfast dishes, and now I have to get ready to go to work. I should just take Thursdays off I reckon. Now there's a plan. :thumbsu:

And it's worse at the moment. There's no motivation to go at all - facing up to 14 and 15 year olds who also have no motivation with holidays coming in 2 days time, and I have to motivate them and pretend that I care that they are totally slacking off, when really I have lost all ability to care what they do by Thursday week 10.... By this time my brain has turned to mush and being a "creative facilitator of student learning" is just laughable...


Wish there was some news out of FFC to talk about... :o

A. Get laptop with wireless internet connection.
B. Introduce silent reading/videos as a major part any classes left in the term.
C. Pissfart around on here during said silent reading.
D. Slap any kid who speaks or protests with a detention.

Just that lack of motivation to get there with a late start on a Thursday... ;)


(but yeah - there are times where "Same shit - different day" is the go... or the other one I like... "I'm always in the shit - it's only the depth that varies". ;) )
