Ummmmm. d'you know any web sites or forums that discuss footy training physio tips...warm downs, lactic acids, heat treatmennts. managing leg soreness, general fitness...etc..
i'm trying to get lighter Right now i'm in between 85- kgs - 90 kgs...and at 177 cms that's about 10 kgs too heavy in my books.... lol

Serious Brad kicked that much? I know Brad, I have played in the same team as him with the Hunters, so I have known him for a long time (probably 6 years).
I dont know how he got that many goals though, they must have set it up just to kick it to him or something lol, otherwise geez .. near impossible I would imagine!
How are you going with them?
Broken Hill? LOL .. Bathurst mate, and I am playing in first grade. Not going so well at the moment, but I am sure we'll lift before seasons end.
I dont know any websites, but I will have a look around for you.
I might be back on the coast for a lil bit soon, so we might have to catch up!

by the way , ...i'm training for killarney vale tonight. How's the gym there ? I haven't registered with gosford yet and KVFC is closer...
do they have any trouble getting a ful team in the ressies ?:confused:

Well let me puit it this way. Kilarney Vale is the most hated team on the coast, if not in the whole competition, not to mention they wear Bombers colours.
I think you got ur stats wrong on Deitz too.
He kicked 21 in one game, and has 31 for the season :D
