I have heard from someone that Parkside has folded and wont be
in Divison 2 next season.
I find this very hard to Believe.
Does anyone know what the actual situation is?

braybrook have gone through a massive change in the last 24 months and have started rebuilding from the bottom up trying to change their culture. it is working Danny Kelly has done a marvelous job and if it werent for an extensive injury list this year would have easily played finlas

take a look at parkside and you will find that they are in the best shape they have been in years..
although we have had a terrible season in the seniors..
we have fielded our first 18s team in 20-odd years..
and we have another 4 or 5 younger teams coming through..
theres no way parkside will remain division two with the qaulity of the people down and aroudn the club.

mate u got an 18s team with about 7 or 8 players coming from heights as we had no team. and they didnt even make the finals in b grade. if your pinning your return to div 1 hopes on juniors ud be wanting them to be playing finals in a grade at least

well considering there were very few kids from parkside ever to have played in the 18s, playing against blokes 3 years older id say they played the year out well..
bit unlucky in the end.

nah i wont deny u guys that terry did a fantastic job getting a team together and sticking out the whole year. and very unlucky to miss the finals but u cant be banking on them to lift u guys into 1st division. but defeinity on the right path

although terry was fundamental in getting the team together, i think he was half the problem. alot of the kids didn't respect him as much as he tried.
there were a few kids who dropped off mid-season, with the team only have 17 players on the ground.
then of there were the kids who were playing ones.
but i spose no use complaining.

yeah great bloke came from heights where he had a few issues with a few of the boys disrespecting him. however i think he is better suited to coaching younger kids under 18s is probably the hardest age to coach, coming into contact with alcohol and getting licences and so on

Are Parkside going to hold on to Justin Dorwood for next year???
I heard he wanted out this year. He would almost win the league B&F in Divi2
