I can get it outta the window but I cant seem to get it past 70-80 metres! Is there some sort of secret to it?

WUT that is pathetic! Always take it from the far left of the screen and add speed to it, and aim it slightly downwards because as soon as you let go, it'll rise by itself a little. And you dont even need to hold the mouse key down, just move it without clicking anything.

You can kind of cheat in this game. I won't spoil it for you guys but getting 110m+ is very easy now!

Haha! Alright!

Basically to take the plane all the way to the left of the screen and you take the mouse cursor off the playing area to the left and take it all the way AROUND (without going through) the flash game to the right hand side of the screen (the plane will stay at the left of the screen where your mouse left the playing area). Then you move the mouse cursor into the playing area on the right hand side of the screen and the plane will fly at maximum speed!

Then you just have to worry about angles etc to get it going how you want.

If you line the nose of the plane up with the wall/ceiling line and then the mouse on the other side at where the wall and floor meet you should get 110m+.

Tips:
Do the cheat ED D said.
Try not to get lifted on the chimney so you need to nearly miss the top of the window.
Try new spots for the plane.
