Does anyone know of the classic brittish comedy "Men Behaving Badly"?
It's a great show and I want to get a picture from it. In Series 3 Episode 1 Lovers, Gary poses for the camera and his ears don't fit in so he pushes them in. Would love a pic of this!
Does anyone know where I could get this pic from??

awesome show, found out about it by accident. my missus had our first kid back in 98' and i had about a month off work on a/l. browsed through the video library and picked up one of these for a try. piss funny, ended up spending the break watching the full series with the missus. absolute crackup and probably my funniest comedy until the office came along.

occasional repeats on the ABC during weekdays i think. from what i've seen it is quite funny, which is big for me, as i don't really enjoy many british comedies

Was wondering do you know of anywhere on the net where they would have heaps of stills/pics from the show, espeically series 3.

I have DVD/VHS rips of all the episodes, in good high quality, so i am happy to do some screen caps of any point of any episode.
Just recommend me a good screen capping program and the caps are all yours.

Best British comedy of the 90s.
Easily!
Just classic.
Martin Clunes (Gary) is one of the most legitimately funny men I've ever seen, anyone who has seen him interviewed would have to agree.

Agreed, such a funny show. I think what was great about it was that it was beautifully written for both males and females.
"Captains Log" and "Spong" - one of the funniest episodes
2 of my favourite episodes were "The Good Pub Guide" and "Home Made Sauna", both from series 5.

The "Good Pub Guide" is classic, I bought the box set a few years ago and it gets a good run at least twice a year even the gf loves it now....:thumbsu:

Dammit, beat me too it.
Tony dressed up as Braveheart with a tennis racquet then hiding in the water tank in the attic! Hahaha :D
The funniest comedy of the 1990s. Absolute classic. Brilliant scripts, utterly likeable (and believable!) cast that had magnificent chemistry. Just a dynamite show. One of my all-time favourites.

Not even close.
Overrated. And I am a huge fan of British sit-coms.

I'm a British comedy aficionado myself mate, what do you rate higher than MBB from the 1990s?
One Foot in the Grave?
Father Ted?
Ab Fab?
Just out of interest, each to their own as they say.

unless we are talking 'Knowing Me Knowing You' and the first season of 'I'm Alan Partridge'....then we might have a contest....
Still, they didn't have the longevity of MBB.

Its all personal opinion and taste, but I can't think of anything to rival it from the 90s (unless Red Dwarf is included, which started in 1988 but ran through much of the 90s).

MBB still comes out on top when you factor in that Red Dwarf was a mildly humourous lame fest for Sci-Fi nerds. ;)

I am looking for Series 3, episode 1 "Lovers". The picture I want is when Gary poses for the photo and pushes his ears in. If you could tell me where I could get it from or give it to me it wouldbe awesome because would love it for a xmas present

One of the funniest series I have ever seen. As mentioned before The Good Pub Guide was great.
On leaving a pub
Tony "mmm small step"
Gary "Could prove tricky on exit"

An absolutely genius show, especially in it's prime years (before Tony finally landed Debra).
Probably my favourite episode is when everyone finds out Gary has 33K pounds in the bank and bugs him about it ("No Clive, you can NOT have a dinghy..."), and in the end he buys fake rolexes for everyone just to pretend he's spent it all.
"Want another oyster mate?"
"No thanks, they disagree with me"
(Gary holding up an oyster) "No we don't"
*Uproarious laughter*

If there is a better closing scene to a sitcom I've yet to see it.

I recently got the Men Behaving Badly : Six Pack [series 1-6] (http://www.jbhifionline.com.au/dvd/dvd-genres/comedy/men-behaving-badly-six-pack-series-1-6/647474) DVD and I forgot just how funny this show was.
The 'Watching TV' episode in series 6 is easily the funniest [Spong,Captains Log,Tony hiding and dressing up]
Through the series they often talk about Kylie Minogue.I only recently discovered this Comic Relief bit MBB did in 1997 with Kylie

I always thought the last episode of the show was the one with Gary and Tony sitting on the sofa on a hill and Tony is releasing a snake he got at the pub,but it's not.A year later at christmas 1998 there were 3 episodes that aired.Has anyone seen these eps ?
A shame they aren't on this DVD.

Yes, I have when they were on the ABC. But I think Foxtel has ended the series with the Sofa episode.
