Would you guys support this and would the Pies consider it?

Dowler has more potential than Reid.. Give Dowler at least 30-50 games, you will jump on his wagon..
If hawthorn were to do that, we would be the losers, laughing stock..

Guys I wasn't taking the piss. Sorry I should have explained myself more. I have see a lot of Ben Reid and I'm telling you this kid is a gun. He is like a Buddy cross with a Smooth I love him.
Reckon he could be our future full back.

If you have seen lots of Ben Reid and you think he is a gun, why do you think Collingwood would let him go?
After all, they are the ones who drafted him to start with.

I rate Reid as well. He is better than Dowler but I doubt that he is a FB and I doubt that Collingwood are looking to offload him. He would seem to be in their plans for the next decade and is better than Rusling by a margin in my opinion.

I don't think Collingwood would let him go, which is why I posted it on our board and not theirs.

No way does Dowler have more potential than Reid.. Reid has shown more and he is 18 months younger..

We just dont need another young tall forward. We would want Nathan Brown if we were looking for something off the pies, hes a geniune full back. Not that they'd trade him either.
As far as Dowler goes his trade value would be at its lowest right now. He was always gonna take time after the accident and at worst will be a good depth player to cover for the above 3 in case of injures.
At best he could be still be a gun goalkicker in 2-3 years and we could trade him then for something really good.
