Bevon Malloy is coaching Mornington, Simon Goosey is nearly 40 and is not upto 2nd divy, Oliver Trand won't leave Seaford.
Mate i think your jumping the gun a bit here, people from the Mornington Peninsular would laugh at the names you've thrown up here.

jason mathers is going to coach mornington you moron.. and goosey is upto dvision 2 footy, as shown this year in neapean division. mpnfl is better standard then EFL anyway but this will go alright for carnegie as we are rebuilding. Oliver Trand is actually moving to london as told by him last night so he wont be apart of carnegie fc next year. We have 1 big name recruit left ill tell you at a later date!

Why would the EFL allow a recessed club into 2nd division? There is no chance of this happeneing for 2008 season.

Are you sure it is in the EFL not the SFL, I am involed at 2nd div club in the EFL have not been told this, Carngie to come into our league would go up for a vote to all clubs in the in the league, this has not been done they would not start in div 2 as that would mean a bye clubs wouldnt vote for that, the standard of 2nd div higher then mpnfl they would need to field 2nds and u18, if they did come in they would start in 4div, south belgrave has been accepted for next season in div4 needs approval from Football Vic

One Question Motorvinnie - on the 9th Oct you post here that Sam Beckham is to play at Carnegie. On the same day you also post that he has agreed to play with Parkside on the Western Region League thread.
Which one is it?;)

I think someone is having a leand of you. Carnegie will not be admited to the EFL for a few reasons.
All divisions now have even amount of teams in them and they wont want to change that.
It would have to go to a vote by member clubs. It hasn't and wont be.
AFL Vic knocked back Heidelberg with one of the reasons being the locatian. Carnegie is nowhere near any other club
Motorvinnie, you mentioned that MPNFL is a better standard than EFL. Mate you are off your dial. I have played in a few different comps around Vic and for a local comp EFL 1st div would be the strongest by far.

1. AFL
2. VFL
3. EFL
I put the EFL above the O&M, GV, SFL & DVFL

I agree. i play and more importantly watch more local and country footy than most becuase of my job and i would say undoubtedly that the EFL is the best standard of football outside VFL, SANFL and WAFL. It is the stand out competition in most areas like depth, professionalism, gate receipts and wider community involvement. having said that, you could throw a blanket over the next tier which would be the GFL, VAFA a section, O&M FL, GVFL. not far behind would be the MPNFL, NFL, EDFL & WRFL.

Lol. A mpnfl side would struggle to compete against a 4th divvy EFL side you fool. Carnegie! Spare me.
