Haha was it Dean Wallis or Sean Wellman who nearly killed Bard Green in the 2000 grand final after punching him in the throat

Paul Williams - Assistant Coach (Midfield)[/QUOTE]
Would think he would be gone. Our midfield was rubbish this year.

Our Midfield wasn't too bad, We had too many injuries.
I like Wellman as the backline coach.
Overall looks pretty good.
Lets hope we start seeing some premierships soon.

Dont know, but am very happy with him coming to us, as I always rated him very highly.
That looks like a very good coaching list to me.

I read somewhere today that we were about to sign Chris Scott. Might have been in one of the articles in the trade forum. Can't remember exactly.
Welcome aboard then. He is a person who has experienced the ultimate success, was coached and captained by two legends and has a no-nonsense, tough approach to football. Should be a good influence around the club.

Yes...agree! Wellman was a quality defender in his day with a strong Bombers outfit, so he should provide us with a few tips & tricks. Williams didn't have the cattle to work with due to injury so next season we should start showing some positive signs, with the likes of Jones, MClean and McDonald. And what can I say about Bailey...news coming out of the Power camp over here in SA is that he will be sadly missed because he is purely the profeesional! Can't wait for the 2008 season to start. Bring it on!

I notice that all our new appoinments have had the ultimate success. I think Bailey knows exactly what he's doing.

Don't we have all the positions sewed up?I presume he would be a development coach if we can afford one, considering thats what his brother is doing very well at the pies.

lol to be honest I don't really know I was just agreeing that the Scott boys kick ass. Will be great if it ends up being true.

Wasn't Mark Williams (Sandy Coach) our development coach last year?

Nothing confirmed about Chris Scott yet. But it seems that we have appointed a development coach in Kelly O'Donnell.

I've heard the Chris Scott rumour a couple of times in the last month or so, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Interesting and a good sign that we have expanded the coaching department to include a development coach.

Ross Monaghan was our player development coach for the last two years. I assume he has been replaced by Kelly O'Donnell?
EDIT - apparently Ross is still at the club.
