Wouldn't that give us a huge disadvantage to the other teams?

The boys have been given a plan each to do over the break. So they won't lose fitness.

They've already started their gym work.
Beer to mouth, beer to table...400 sets of 15 reps

It's been a long season for the boys. I'd say they'll come back in 3-4 weeks ready to go again. Hopefully they don't look like Boonie.

Frank the Tank. Do yourself a favour and buy 'Old School' on DVD. Will only set you back $10 and you'll see what Moons is on about.

Classic movie. one of my all time favourite toilet humour flicks.
given one of the keys to our success this year was a long and reasonably injury free pre season i imagine they'd be ready to go pretty quickly. (next few weeks).

Well We had 4 weeks more play than Stkilda, Brisbane etc so it balances itself out a bit. Most of the fitness work pre christmas is weights, or cardio, injury fixes anyway. If they come back from the Piss ups in OK conditing they will be pretty good.
