surely we will get a record membership next year following the signing of Judd.
so everyone that isnt a member now should sign up and be ready for a successful 2008.

No not this time. I am absolutely disgusted at the Blues lack of participation in trade week and am sitting out next year in protest. Yeah yeah I know, they traded for Judd this morning .... but what have they done for us lately? ;)

we should have a few sellout matches ;) especally v Westcoast
juddy will play a top game against his old side they allways do.
hope we get 40,000 + and beat evey other victorian side for Members ;)
Reckon we'll get past 40,000 members no problem. Also, I reckon we'll get more sponsors, better corporate support, and our home attendences might just go up as well. All of this suggests to me that we might just repeat the $3M dollar profit of this year, and then some perhaps.

Have to warn the wife as I am going to work on the conception tonight and dream of Chris and Rebecca while doing it.

My Rugby following-AFL converted fiancee who has listened to me crap on about Carlton for years is so excited he said he will join next year and come with me.
I don't care how many jump on board or for what particular reasons but I'd love to crack the 40,000 mark
Honestly, I was seriously considering not purchasing a membership next year.
I've been a member for 10 years (since 98), but the last 3 years have been insulting to me. We went 0-26 in games that would cost us a priority pick. That means, we basically didn't show up in 26/66 games. I honestly felt this year like I paid for a membership but only got half a seasons worth of value.
Now, I'm back on the wagon. The Judd signing shows we are serious about rebuilding. It shows we are aiming high over the next 2-3 years. If we do our best and still finish on the bottom - then I'm satisfied. It was the lack of effort that killed me.
Great move Carlton, regardless of how this all pans out. At least we're relevant again!

Im dropping everything to be able to catch all our Vic games next year. Cant wait to join the pissheads for another year:thumbsu:

I haven't had a membership since 96 as I live 3 hours out of Melbourne and it's not easy to get to games due to work commitments. After signing Judd and with Kruezer etc. onboard I think next year will be exciting. Will be signing up as a member for 08 and speaking to a couple of other Carlton "supporters" so will they. Should be a bumper year for the Bluebaggers. :D

I didn't go to a single Carlton game this year and I have a MCC membership. Will be going to HEAPS of games in 2008.
