It's seriously pissing me off, every video i watch, couple seconds in then BOOM buffering 16% and it doesn't move.

what internet browser are you using
Bigpong Video works really well with Internet Exlorer 7 but it doesn't work with Opera and a few others.
so maybe try using internet explorer
