Anyone seen, or considering registering for Rohan Smith's pre-season training program? I am seriously thinking about it. I haven't played in 3 seasons, and this could be perfect to get me back in shape...
Although, I am not keen if it's to be a 'Coaching Clinic' like those for juniors.
Anyone know, or plan on doing it?

now now boys im helping the great man do these pre-season training sessions look i dont know about the older blokes but at the moment he has 30 odd kids ranging from 11 to 17 2 sessions per week and i tell you what he puts the boys through their paces alright.......along with skill development there is alot of agility work as well as a big base of fitness stuff so its an all round great 10 week program..........there is another lot of 10 training sessions after chrissy from late jan to late feb.......look it sounds dear the $450 but when you look at it its 45 bucks per session and the session has no more than 6 kids at the moment......obviously in their age groups........also he has the advantage of being an ex afl player which some kids have asked him for diet plans and what should they eat and when......he askes them to write a weeks worth of what they eat on a bit of paper he then takes it to the dietitian from the bulldogs and lets him have a look a grades each days eating out of ten and so on.......i dunno about senior players doing the course but i tell you what he does do 1 on 1 sessions so maybe that could be in your line of thinking......anyway if use want the official flyer pm me and give me your details for email i will be glad to pass on the infomation to you ring up and ask about it there has been 5 sessions so far and speaking to some of the parents and they are rapt with what he is doing and the level of professionalism he is showing with their kids.....he is the type of bloke who will not take slacking off and really puts the pressure on when guys are piss farting around.....it is hard and he makes you work hard......im a jnr coach and the reason im helping is to pick up little things here and there what i can do with my boys at training........if you are interested pm me.....this week the boys will be taken for training by scotty west daniel giansiracusa ryan griffen adam cooney lindsay gilbee and brad johnson........
