The brand new Who wants to be a Millionaire returns on Monday with a bigger prize pool(top prize now $5 million). An extra lifeline called "Switch".

It will also be broadcast live each Monday night from Channel 9's Richmond studios from 7pm to 8:30pm.

If you are interested in being in the audience for any of the shows in November here is the link to the website http://channelnine.ninemsn.com.au/section.aspx?sectionid=6033&sectionname=millionaire

LOL, in the same way Temptation was new to Sale of the Century, to the Mint being a new format to Quizmania, to 1 vs 100 being revolunary compared to Millionaire.

All the same, i dont mind the shows, but revamping them for some good PR does nothing.

No only on Monday nights.

I believe Temptation stays on Tuesday-Friday nights.

less Liv and Chelsea is not a good thing.

Although I skipped tonights episode in protest as they had Matt Tilley and Jo Stanley as 'celebrities' on last night.

$5m? Does that mean the other prizes have been adjusted upwards accordingly?

That could set a sensible person up for life.

No all levels are the same just added a 16th question for $5 million. The safe levels also remain the same. The only other difference is the 4th lifeline "Switch" option comes into effect after the person reaches the $64000 question.

Whats the deal with the new 'switch' lifeline?

I think its to the tune of 'don't like the current question, switch it for another you may or may not know the answer to'.

You get an hour and a half of a big fat ugly wanker instead. No Deal - whoops wrong show.

More winners would be nice.

I would love to see Ch. 9 broke.

First girl gone after $1000. No fastest finger first.

Ed is padding it out big time - there is a whole story about the contestant beofre they start. It is only there to waste time I swear.

I am switching to Border in a couple of minutes anyway

From my limited time watching it, after the 64K question, you get the chance to see a question and if you don't like it/ don't know the answer, you can 'switch' that question to another question.
