I guys just a sugguestion what about putting a sum of money on each guys head for good behavour , obvouisly amounts will very depending what they earn or will this be not a good idea.

If they stay out of trouble it like getting a bonus at the end of the year anything from $15000-$50000 depending on there track record the sum of money gets bigger each time they step out of line.

The club should not need to do things like this for players to behave. The players will have seen what has happened to possibly our best ever player. If they dont learn from this then they deserve to be given the flick if they step out of line again.
