I'm sick of coming onto bigfooty and seeing all these cousins threads and all the other supporters loving it. so it think we should just think about how we are going to go next year. we have still a better midfield and team then half the other afl teams. so lets talk these boy's up and just move on:thumbsu:

I'm very excited about young McNamara... Whats the go with Beau Wilkes though? Whats his deal what position is he meant to play? And will he ever get there? Cheers.

Wilkes is a big bodied backman I believe. Whether he'll be kept on the list or not I'm not sure, it was his last year was it not?
On the rookie list and yes Im pretty sure it was his last year. Along with Thornton

I'm already excited about our prospects next year and who we'll pick up in the draft.
Wish Ben a long and healthy life but the upshot is we won't have to worry about him f#@king up all summer and next season.

Fellow large footy members,
I am a Geelong supporter and I wanted to send my condolesences to you, a club who has expereinced possibly the toughest season in the history of this game.
Losing your captain, best player and a club champion in a matter of weeks would be heartbreaking for any club but for you it has really been the worst way imaginable to end what was already a year full of contraversy. Just when Ben Cousins was on the road to redemption, he sinned again.
The fact that you won a premiership only 24 months ago is probably what is keeping most of you the fans, the players, coaches and administration confident that you can still achieve success again under John Worsfold's guidance.
I wish you all the best in moving forward from losing Chris Judd and Ben Cousins but hopefully the passing of Chris Mainwaring showed you that footy truely is not everything in this world. Please don't lose confidence in your other players, I'm sure you won't anyway, they have all come to terms with the negative effects of achieving such highs as a Premiership can have on some people.
All the best in 2008,
Clarke.

I say we all boycott the main forum
I find I just get frustrated and want to smash things when I go there...bunch of pricks, so I try to stick to just here...at least for another few weeks! :p :thumbsu:
That said, thanks for the kind words clarke! :)
