What are the chances of your club getting an Under 18 team up to play in the SFL Colts comp in 2008??

Its super important for the long term sustainability of the league and its clubs. Only Chelt and Caulfield (joint team with Prahran in VAFA) fielded a side in 2007, surely if clubs are serious about their future they will put a huge effort into getting a side up and running.

Highett will field a team from 2009 onwards can't get them for next year. After that the future looks strong at the Dogs.

Mordi started an under 18's team this season, definitely a step in the right direction.

They (Mordi) might of started a team this year but did they actually get on the park- no what a joke that was!! They ended up forfeiting every single game. To make matters worse they were trying to poach players from Edi-Asp who have 2 under 18 sides....but still couldn't get any!!

no chaddles mordialloc didnt even play colts folding after round 1.. edithvale rovers had an under 16s side this year even though they were pretty $hit but maybe an alliance with hem could get u an under 18s colts?

Fair enough, they have 16's then was it?? Saw some juniors on the track during the year.
