I agree. After this year, I think I want the lack of off-field dramas most of all...
Depends, the AFL might do their best to manipulate things in favour for us... and in turn suggest that by offloading Cousins, we are better for it...

I thought Judd leaving and then Mainwaring's death would be the end of this horrible year. There's only so much we can take!
and kennedy to kick 60 goals (sigh)
to be honest if the unthinkable happens next year id probably burst into tears of joy and go on party mode for a month.

WCE aren't going anywhere near a GF for a few years now. You don't lose two of the best players ever and expect to win the flag next year. It's freefall time now and the bookies know it!

I don't think you will find a single bookie is Australia that had Freo favourite for the flag in any season.
This latest incident will rock the club to the core. 2007 has been the worst season on record and all is not well at WCE. This can't keep happening without at some point imploding.
Whilst WCE may make the eight, a premiership is a long way off.
