He probably realises that we have the youngest most exciting list in the AFL which over the next couple of years will develop into a list similar to what Geelong has now.
Therefore I suspect when he considers the first point and that we are the all time most successful AFL/VFL club, which happens to have 35,000 plus members and the 3rd richest man in the country and having just posted a record $3.1m profit he may think sounds pretty good to me.
