Freo have delisted young Clayton Collard ... who they picked up at #31 last year in the Super Draft.
Extremley talented player - best friends with LeRoy Jetta.
Let's take him either in the ND or PSD ....

They also delisted young Ryley Dunn.... wouldn't mind giving him a spot on our list either !

Very tempting to take Collard. Would be doing my homework on his lack of performance this year and his willingness to leave WA first though.

May be inclined to leave now, that his best mate Leroy Jetta is based in Melb.
they also delisted Hadrill .. anyone be keen to take him as a FB ?

I'm on the clayton Collard for PSD Pick 2 Bandwagon. Could be the small forward we've been looking for if we don't get Maric in the ND.

^ agree. why would they delist a bloke who was a decent pick in a superdraft after just 1 year? has to be somethign else. attitude problems, trouble-maker, there has to be some underlying reason?

Why would they delist Collard? I really rate this kid and i think whoever picks him up have done very well. Feel the same way about Dunn. Stupid decision IMO.

Must have issues either off field or work ethic. Interesting though. I'd be willing to throw him a lifeline. I know Eddie, even though was only 20 this yr too Joey and Benji under his wing. Maybe he could do a similar thing with Collard.
How could you get delisted after one year?
Maybe he's a major tool off the field like his mate Jetta?
I find it staggering they delisted Collard only one year in the system, would be a good pick up in the pre season draft.

why are we all so intent on picking up a forwardman or another centerman when we need backman. We should be using the PSD to pick up some useful experience for the back line!

Dunn would also be servicable for our backline
Hadrill would be a great addition to hold down FB
Mourish is like an Indingenous Pendlebury .. lol 190 cm onballer

It doesn't make sense that they would delist the guy after one season.
I would rookie Ryley Dunn if he is eligible as I had him on the bench for my dream team at the beginning of the year :D

Dunn is slow and maybe can only do the Bentick Hadlee role
HAdrill is pretty average but a big body..
Mourish would have a similar head on his shoulders as Collard... and that head doesnt always sit on his shoulders...(im guessing)

If Collard has off field issues, maybe gettin ghim together with Jetta is not such a good idea.
Hasn't Jetta had his share of issues this year?

The suggestion in the Drafts Forum is that Freo is wanting to re-draft him as a rookie
I thought the rule came in place bout three years ago that all draftees sign a two year deal?

They did. Freo must pay Collard out of his second year, similar to Austin Lucy at the Bombers last year.
