Welcome to the first of what will be a weekly addition to The Dog House board.

Put quite simply, I'll be posting a favourite video/clip of mine from the World Wide Web, and invite others to comment on the clip or post similar clips.

For my first contribution...

Westdog Presents: Brian Lima, the Chiropractor.

It is the 2003 Rugby World Cup, Samoa are playing South Africa in Brisbane, at the ground once known as Ballymore. After taking a quick penalty, South African scrum half throws a pass to half-back Derick Hougaard, who, courtesy of Samoan hard-nut Brian Lima, learns the meaning of the term "hospital pass".

It takes a while for the Replays to come up, but worth the wait to see how long Hougaard is out for.

That was all in real time. Hougaard was down for a good minute and a half.

You can almost feel his ribs caving in when he gets hit. Wouldn't wish it on anyone.
