Theres currently and article on AFL.com discussing the deal the AFL has with the MCC regarding finals. Now I for one think that all Grand Finals should be played at the MCG, but with the arrangement of a final being played every week at the ground, and looking at the current ladder, it makes you wonder if a non victorian team is going to get screwed again. To me it makes no sense for two non vic clubs or the higher ranked non vic having to play anywhere from their own home ground. Stupid thing is this agreement exists for another 30 years.
If we get screwed over again, i'll- i'll, I'll do something REALLY REALLY bad, so bad that I don't even know what it is yet!

I'd rather the teams play at the MCG, than in Brisbane or Adelaide. It's still a Victorian conspiracy against us, always has and always will be.
i don't think you will find an eagles fan who doesn't believe that's a good way to shaft an intrstate team.

We've been screwed by that rule twice now, and if it happens to us again i suggest we riot. A full scale soccer style riot with flares, petrol bombs, and a burning of the flag (Freo flag if you fellas want, its all fine by me).
Afterwards we can head down to Lygon street and buy gellatti's.

There's some good stuff on the main AFL board about the inequities of the current VFL/AFL situation.
It all comes back to FAIRNESS, which is sadly lacking in the extended Victorian competition we have at present.
Maybe the likely Brisbane v Port Adelaide GF will cause a few rethinks on the overall issue that will stand us in good stead as Woosha leads us to the GF in a couple of years time. (Here's hoping).
