There is a debate raging in our household every time our kitten gets fed. What does everyone call those little dry food pellet thingies? I call them cat biscuits but my housemate insists they are called cat nuts.
Cat nuts! Who ever heard of such a ridiculous thing?
Anyway, I've decided to turn to the learned purple horde to help solve the question that has plagued mankind for centuries - cat nuts or cat biscuits?

Yeah you're right, because in this entire board this single thread is the sole one, this is literally all we talk about, Cat food.
Cat Nuts, was he taking the piss or being genuine? How could they be nuts!

Shame On You All. Cat hate is just plain wrong. The Cat is a regal and spiritual creature, whether it be a domestic cat all the way trough to the Great Cats or the world. It's hypocritcal for many to admire Lions, Tigers, Jaguars etc but to flame our little companions, the household cat.

Not once in my life however has a dog jumped on my face while i was sleeping only to run away as soon as i'm all 'wha what?....bloody cat' claws and everything mind you. that's the reason I don't like cats. A dog however may lick/nuzzle you but will only do it for a reason ie: attention, want of food and will not run away straight afterwards. Cats are however good at kee[ping the house free of vermin but also native wildlife. Dogs.Cats

So if you were going to kill a poor little pussy cat, would you use poison cat biscuits or poison cat nuts?

Bushie destroys feral cats. Thats a job that needs to be done. Other people destroy feral dogs, Thats a job that needs to be done. Same go's for pigs, rabbits and all other introduced species. They all do insurmountable damage to the indigenious flora &/or fauna in one way or another. It's just selectively short sighted to only single out cats as a guilty party. They all are.

Actually NiGHTFuRY, I am active in the eradication of all the species that you mention.:)
However you are dead right in what you say....all of those animals contribute to our sad record of native extinctions.
And to single out the cat is wrong. It is not the cats fault, but irresponsible cat owners who should have the blame laid upon them.

ERM...Them Lions, Tigers and Cheetahs are harmless are they? What's wrong with Maulin Old people (curing disease and healthier lifestyle means too many of them are living longer and draining our Superannuation!!!) and kids well...if you're gonna stroke that American Pit Bulls fur the wrong way then you're just asking for a good 85 stitches in your face.

I've never called them either. Nuts sounds retarded, biscuits seems better, but even so, in my house we say 'cat food'.

Its hard to beat a monkey because they're practically little slaves, but cats come close because they are independant animals that require you to earn their respect, and are extremely clean.
Dogs are for people with relationship issues, they have nobody so they have to buy love, even if it involve having to constantly clean up after them.
What were we talking about again ... Oh right they're called biscuits
