if Judd did his knee in the preseason comp, it would be just what every non-scum supporter would hope for.

Carlton the filthy, cheats would get what they deserved, over 1 million dollars out of their salary cap + loss of picks 3 (Cotchin?) + 20 (Selwood?) + Kennedy for no gain. JUSTICE!! For their shameless tanking. The people would smile.

Judd is a mercenary in it for the cash and with no passion for his club (see 2006 premiership cup fiasco). Thus he would lose the ability to use the talent which he just happened to be born with and be payed back for his greedy display of money-lust which was on show during trade week.
JUSTICE!!! For his greed the people would smile.

This would surely prove that there is a god or at least some forces of karma at work

I was praying you would not be a Hawthorn Supporter..

I want to see the best player in the comp playing even if it's not for Hawthorn

I want Carlton to suffer, but I don't want Judd to get injured. How about we settle for the club being stripped of next years picks and fined $100 million for cheating?

Wishing injuries on a player - ridiculous.

However, what I think has already happened is.
1) Judd has secured a long-term contract and financial security despite a chronic groin injury.
2) WC has secured due compensation for losing Judd, which they would have anyway when Judd retires with a chronic groin injury.
3) Carlton gets an injured Judd in exchange for draft picks and a lot of cash as a reward for tanking.

I don't want to see him injured... or any player for that matter.

But if he kind of struggled a bit, took a while to get over his surgery, took a while to get used to Carlton's gameplan and maybe ended up playing second fiddle to Jordan Bannister.... well grouse!!!

Doubt it'll happen though. He'll dominate.

So will Ryan Griffin! :thumbsu:

I think Richmond being down the bottom of the ladder with Terry Wallet as coach of the hapless bunch is enough proof that there is a God.

God bless you God for putting Richmond where they belong :thumbsu:
