Western Bulldogs - Cameron Lockwood (Williamstown); Scott Meyer (Williamstown); Liam Picken (Williamstown); Patrick Rose (Williamstown)
A good selection of Williamstown players... I thought Rose might have been rookied by the Maggies last year. Cameron Lockwood could be a rookie chance.
James Allen is training with Hawthorn. Will we let another X-Werribee player slip through the net? He did when the Magery medal in the SANFL and is only 22.

i think they are just forging alliances with willy
why else would you just pick 4 young willy players.
Sure they are decent enough players but i can't see us picking any of them.

Agree with that CD, but all 4 can play. As rookie selections, we could do worse.

Scott Meyer is listed as 196cm & 92kg. CHB come ruckman who is 21yo. According to inside footy, Malthouse really rated him after watching him this season play for Willi.

Defender/Ruckman highly rated by Collingwood coach Mick Malthouse. Has a raking left foot kick and developed markedly in defence as the year progressed. Still very slight but has a lot of potential.

There were a few rumours about Clayton being keen on him two years ago.

I went to school with Meyer. He was the year below me. I remember him being tall (not 196 though, massive spurt i'm tipping) and he was super skinny. Glad to see he's put on some muscle. Nice guy and was quite fast and athletic although I have no idea on what sort of player he is now.
