good luck to all ex-crows next week,
was suprised too see Ben Hart & Hayden Skipworth still giving it a crack, but hey all the best! :thumbsu:
and Peter Walsh nominating too, I spose the older the wiser.. :)

They all would have nominated last year. When you nominate for the draft it is valid for a couple of years.
Would Skippy be any chance of getting drafted (not by Adelaide)?
Last year was a bad year to be looking for a new home, being a "superdraft". This year it's reportedly much weaker. Last time there was a weak draft there were a comparatively large number of recycled players who got drafted.
I guess his hopes haven't been helped by the fact that he missed most (if not all) of the year with a knee injury.

He was playing good in Bendigo until he did his knee. Still had plenty of work to do to get back on an AFL list, but was on the right track. Unfortunately, his knee injury came at a bad time. Not only did he miss the rest of the season when he needed to impress some more, but I'm pretty sure he'll still be missing this pre-season and into 2008 a bit.
So no, I would say he is no chance unfortunately.
