Bit of a side bet between Southern Districts and St.Mary's presidents here as Districts officially open their new home ground in the Fred Pass precinct.

How'd it go?
Hope the Crocs won, for the pres's sake. He doesn't exactly look, shall we say, 'in shape'.

That's a terrible indictment on territory footy, right there.
Palmerston won today by 13 points in wet conditions. Wanderers are still winless.
Tiwi were beating Buffs by 145 points at three-quarter-time. Graham Puruntatameri had 7 by that stage and big Ephrem Tipungwuti had 4.
Games Tomorrow:
Southern Districts vs St Marys
Waratah vs Nightcliff
Today in the TEAFA Tracy Village beat University easily and Banks beat PINT by 21 points. Banks also beat PINT in the Reserves and poor old Casino lost to Jabiru today to the tune of 26.22.(178) to 1.0.(6) in torrential rain. At one stage Casino were refusing to go on the ground due to the lightning.
Whats happened to Waratahs forward Frank Matthews since the start of the season !? after opening the yr with 8 goals he has'nt been sighted since !?

thats what i wanted to hear!!!!
hammered it home.... it seems like palmo are capable of anything and often do just enough to get the points, but unfortunately for them (if they just lost last week to buffs, and the saints game) sometimes they dont finish sides off and allow their opposition a chance to grab an undeserved win.

Probably injured. He is always injured.
Waratah won today against Nightcliff and Southern Districts beat St Marys.
