nah mate off field shit doesn't win a premiership on its own, important yes but not everything. I agree you will have an awesome midfield provided judd does get back to full fitness and gibbs and murphy come on a little quicker.
But on field the blues haven't yet shown anything in the past 4 or 5 years that suggest they're close to even playing finals let alone a premiership. Teams win premierships using a solid 'spine' as the base to set up their gameplan. Carlton don't have that yet, looks as though they have the midfield sorted, they have one forward and arguably no defenders, it doesn't take rocket science to work that out, just common sense in watching them play. I saw some potential guns debut for them last year, that guy that matty lloyd kicked 6 goals on, although lloyd kicked 6 he actually did look like he'll turn out good, can't remember his name, surname started with 'm' i think. So maybe in 5 or 6 years time, but until then most teams still put the carlton game down as a win.
