Think Port will take it this year.
You have a super young gun in Shaun Burgoyne. Very classy.

Cheers, he's not too bad up forward for a bloke who played fullback or back pocket with the Magpies all of last year.
S.Burgoyne would have to get the rising star award then this week wouldn't he?
5 goals 2 plus he set up a couple of others

If he doesn't, something is very wrong with the selectors. In his sixth game he's probably matched Chad Cornes' best return.
No offense to Chad.
Where do you think he should be played though? Keep playing him up forward?
Could he fill Flashes wing?

Half forward or half back, whichever we need at the time, ala an in-form Wanganeen

Thanks for the congratulations. There weren't a lot of bulldog fans there at leat in our area; I guess mayber their support is one of the more local as regardds Melbourne based clubs.
This meant period of starined slince when the bulldogs kicked a goal, then 2, then 3, until all you could here was the occasional lift your game Port and other more personal advice directed to players who, say, handballed lamely in defence only to create a turnover.
A few players seemed to be just dpoing enough but maybe this is an illusion created by years of doing it tough and getting thumped regularly.
