A HUGE thumbs up to the boys for their efforts in entertaining us last night!!!!
omg I swear my sides are still hurting from laughing so hard.........
LOVED 'Mal Michael Marmalade's ' "minute with Mal" segment on the footy show.............
"Mal: What is your favourite pre-game meal?
Pikey: Hot Dogs
Mal: How many beers do you have before a game?
Pikey: Seven"
and on and on and on it went!
Luke power 'baring his cheek' to show guest judge Hayley Lewis where her dog bit him 4 years ago was a good start to the night...
Simon Black taking the mickey out of Aker's RU aspirations....
Aker taking the mickey out of himself and the RU comments....
Champion taking the mickey out of Aker whenever he could....
....it all really summed the way the press blew Aker's comments way out of proportion!!
Big wraps for Jarrad Wright and his cheesy "Tony Clifton" lounge singer act, to DJ, Jonno, Des, Ashley and Dylan for their 'hypnosis' act (my gawd a bunch of footballers pretending they are giving birth, it is certainly a once off experience!).
The sychronised swimmers in their ladies speedos and throwing dead fish around were hillarious and the 'for one night only' boys who dressed up like women then stripped it off to the delight of the crowd.........Thank goodness it was a 'one night only event!"
BUT........To Steve Irwin (McRae), Steve's sidekick (Bolton), and Terri Irwin (Voss), you guys were AMAZING!!!! Dunno where he comes up with this stuff, but McRae is a comic genious disguised as a footy player I think.
Certainly deserved to take out the prize last night ! (especially after 'Steve' found a 'Wallaby' bounding around the grass at the gabba that looked suspiciously like Akermanis bouncing up and down! Yes another 'take the mickey out of Aker's comments moment for the night).
Congrats to all involved - it was a great night out!
Can't wait till next years!
Oh and I can't forget.................Lappin you legend...........played his guitar for fun (not part of the show/competition) and roped in Dessie and Mapo to accompany him as the 3 played 'Better Man - Robbie Williams - while Champion sang the song...........Fan-bloody-tastic!!!
