Division 2 for Whitehorse in 2009 is a formality in my opinion. Any thoughts?

Only a moron would think the Pioneers are a monty to win 3rd Divvy.
Upper, Nuna, Coldstream, Boronia are all much better credentialled than the Pioneers.
With Noonan,Todd Power and Petracca up forward, Upper will be the benchmark

Are you winding us up by making such a ridiculous statement? Nunawading will flog Whitehorse this Friday! And there's no proof yet that nuna are the best side in the comp as yet
Pioneers will not make the finals!

Hard to get a read on Upper Gully at the moment. Have a dearth of talent, arguably the most in Division Three this year, but took three quarters to shrug off Templestowe in Round 1 and lost to Mitcham in Round 2 after being 25 points up at three-quarter time.
The Dockers and Tigers have been widely tipped to fill out the bottom two spots on the Division Three ladder this year, so John O'Brien's boys haven't set the world on fire early.
Got a feeling that Division Three could be pretty tight this year. Let's re-evaluate where everyone is at after at least Round 6.

Templestowe are ordinary at best...they just seem to play well at Upper. Riley always seems to turn it on out there. Last weeks home game vs Boronia is a better indication of where they are at....dead last!!
Mitcham will surprise a few this year, but will fill out the bottom 2 (a close battle with the Pioneers and Warrandyte!).
Upper will be ok once they get going. Coldy still my tip. Doughty is a super-star! Waverley will go well.
Mooroolbark, Nuna, Boronia, to fill out the middle rungs.
(Nuna had a few sore boys on Sat. Will be a test of their depth)

HBP,
What is the go with Templestowe. Are slowly slipping away to Div 4.
Do you know if Ricky Conte is still playing. Top kid and a great player to boot.
