After the Magpies' failed attempt to recruit Ben Cousins, according to the Bushranger, they gathered Dylan McLaren and Lance Whitnall.
Their latest signing was announced today when former Essendon and Richmond player Ben Haynes will wear the Palmerston jumper.
Ben Haynes, 26, played for Silvan in the Yarra Valley Mountain District Football League kicking 119 goals.
He won West Adelaide's best and fairest in 2006.
